To come up with the winners Treehugger teamed up with their sister site The Spruce Pets to combine their authority in sustainability with The Spruce Pets' deep expertise in all things pets. We called for nominations from readers, contributors, staff, and outside experts, then carefully vetted each nominee on a specific set of criteria. To help us spotlight the winners, we formed a panel of experts to test and/or comment on the products. |
